“ When You Like Organic Sauce Fried Chicken I Recommend Here. Try Director's Cut or Your Edition !! ”
“ Everything about this restaurant is unique! Food: We ordered the Director's Cut. Fried chicken was served in original, chili, and soy garlic sauce and topped with a variety of fruits and vegetables. One-of-a-kind presentation, and the chicken pieces were humongous! Service: One-man show restaurant. The director is the cook, server, and the cashier. This really stood out. Ambiance: Interesting interior design. There were like 7 huge TVs and a big red booth that looked like it's used to record music, lol. ”
“ Doesn't get better than this. #1, end of the line, best meal you can eat. Fried chicken pairs terrifically with the avocado, stone fruits, mango, Concord grapes. Gol tong nails presentation every time, never fails. Aaaahhh!!! ”
“ This Korean fried chicken place has been on my must try list for a long time. It was recommended to me by a few friends and I know others who go on a regular basis. I was intrigued by the business model. The owner is a one man show, who does the greeting/seating, cooking, serving and processes the bill. He is a delightful and fascinating person - previously owned karaoke bars and was a film director. He turns away customers who misbehave. And I believe they sell out sometimes prior to closing. It is mostly dine in. I believe he mentioned that he stopped doing take out. The dining room has quite a few large screens showing BTS videos, baseball, food and other fun things. After being seated, disposable cutlery and gloves are all self-service, as well as drinks. Very efficient. The thing to order is the Director's Cut platter, which the table shares. It feeds 2-4 people, quite generously. It is boneless, dark meat, crunchy chicken with multiple dipping sauces. The platter is showered with fresh veggies, onions, chili and lots of delicious fruit. He changes the oil often and the taste is super fresh and clean. Overall it was a great experience and I will go back soon. ”
